Whether you are exploring a connection, shared housing, a community program, international assistance or a personal story project, start with what you hope to make possible.

Check in, share feedback and agree whether the connection should continue.
Specific screening requirements, matching outcomes, schedules and service terms are confirmed for each situation. A match or placement is not guaranteed.
Young & Wise connects older adults with university students seeking a suitable place to live and meaningful paid work. Housing terms and any paid support are discussed separately, documented in advance and agreed by the people involved. Possible activities include grocery shopping, dog walking, light meal preparation, technology help, errands and companionship. Students do not provide nursing, medical or personal care, including bathing, toileting, medication administration, lifting or transfers. Each match includes screening, a home suitability discussion, clear boundaries and continuing check-ins.
Young & Wise works with retirement residences and senior living organizations to shape intergenerational programs that bring students and older adults together through conversation, shared meals, activities, technology learning, storytelling and creative projects. Program design, participant screening, orientation, schedules and ongoing coordination are tailored with each organization. Students take part as neighbors and community members, not as care staff.
Personalized assistance helps older adults plan and take part in international journeys for medical and wellness appointments, family and personal matters, business and investment visits, or cultural and educational experiences. Support may include preparation, itinerary coordination, communication and translation assistance, local accompaniment and check-ins, arranged around each person and destination. Young & Wise does not provide medical advice or treatment, legal advice, or emergency transport. Destination services and partners are confirmed for each request.
